This Privacy Policy statement is made by the Quantstate LLC consisting of all the articles listed here (collectively, “Quantstate”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and is effective from September 1st, 2024.
This is a synopsis of our new privacy policy which takes effect on September 1st, 2024. It is covering RealtyPro CRM Solutions – Subscription Based Model.
Our privacy assurance: Quantstate has never sold subscriber’s information to someone else for advertising, or made money by showing you other subscriber’s ads. This clause may have exception for subscriber using our service free of subscription charge or discounted fee of subscription charge or has their subscription’s fee unpaid for a period or has accepted terms to provide such consent.
We use your information to provide the services you’ve asked for to create and maintain your accounts, and keep an eye out for unauthorized activity on your accounts. We also use it to connect with you about the products you’re currently using, your customer support requests, new products you may like, probabilities for you to give us response, and policy updates. We evaluate the information we gather to identify the user’s needs and to improve our services.
We’re required to have a legal basis for collecting and processing your data. In most cases, we either have your consent or need the data to provide the service you’ve requested from us.
We limit access to your personal information to our employees and contractors who have a valid need to use it. If we share your information with other parties (like developers, service providers, domain and registrars), they must have proper security procedures and a valid reason for using your information, typically to serve you.
We keep your personal information including all data generated while using our products or services, for as long as it is required for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer have a valid need to process your information, we will delete or mark as delete, isolate your information, whichever is suitable.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we have the discretionary and unfettered right, without any separate consideration, to use, deal with your data, personal information, etc. in any manner for our business purposes, processes including but not limited to for modifying or enhancing our existing products or services, or for developing any new products or services, etc. without any prior consent of whatsoever nature from you.
Quantstate has shown concern about customer and user privacy for almost 15 years, long before it became industry practice, politically correct, or legally mandatory to take such a position. We ask for only the least amount of information necessary, collecting only what we believe is vital for doing business, or for the specific transaction at hand. We let customers know the information we have on them and allow them to opt out of specific actions. But, by far, our biggest commitment is that we do not make any earning from promoting revenue. This means we avoid the major conflict of interest between gathering customer information and fueling advertising revenue, and the unavoidable compromises in customer privacy that it brings.
The goal of this policy is to make clear the information we gather on our customers and users, how we will use it, and how we will not.
This part deals with how Quantstate collects and uses Data about website visitors, potential customers, users of Quantstate products and services, and others who contact Quantstate through forms or email addresses published on or linked to our websites.
This part deals with how Quantstate handles data that you entrust to Quantstate when you use our products and services, or when you share any personal or confidential information with us while requesting customer support.
This part deals with topics that are applicable to both Parts I and II, and other common topics such as Quantstate’s security responsibilities and how we will inform you when we change this Privacy Policy.
We use your information to provide and improve Quantstate’s services, including but not limited to lead management, transaction tracking, and collaborative workspaces.
We may use your email address to send important updates, announcements, or information about your account. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
We use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical purposes to understand how users interact with Quantstate, identify trends, and improve our services.
